PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tilt control device capable of damping the revolution speed n of a motor or the vibration of external force F in a short time as far as possible as shown in Figure 7 even if the external force vibrates. SOLUTION: A variable tilt mechanism of a hydraulic motor of a variable displacement type, in which the tilting angle is controlled under self-pressure P, is equipped with a means to generate a difference in the flow velocity between the incoming oil (Pin) to and outgoing oil (Pout) from a cylinder constituting the variable tilt mechanism.
