PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quakeproof hanging luminaire, where a swing of big pendulum motion in a luminaire device is prevented from occurring so that a fall and damage of the luminaire can be prevented even if an external force of an earthquake or the like is applied, and is capable of simplifying a structure to prevent the swing. SOLUTION: By putting a moving part 4, on a support part 2 arranged in a building 1 via spheres 3, the moving part 4 is disposed so as to be flexibly movable horizontally. A hanging object like a chain, a pipe, a string and so on is hung from the moving part 4. Then, the luminaire 6 is mounted on the hanging fixture 5.
