PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat developable color image recording material having high sensitivity and excellent in shelf stability. SOLUTION: The heat developable color image recording material has an organic silver salt layer containing an organic silver salt, a reducing agent, a color image forming material and an organic binder and a photosensitive layer containing photosensitive silver halide grains different from those in the organic silver salt layer on the base and further contains an electron transferring agent.
