SOLUTION: Sample pouring ports 52 for pouring a sample solution from outside, a cavity 56 to be filled with the sample solution poured and sample discharge ports 54 for discharging the solution are formed on at least one or more base bodies 50. An actuator part 58 is provided on at least one wall surface of the base bodies 50 with the cavity formed therein and micropipettes 34 are so arranged in a plurality of rows as to let the sample solution move in the cavity 56 while the sample solution is discharged from the sample discharge ports 54 of the micropipettes 34. In the dispensing apparatus thus arranged, a pin 100 is arranged sticking upward at each sample pouring port 52 of the micropipettes 34.
