PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor heating panel whose main body is not broken even in case that shock load is applied to a section where a storage recess to store a connector capably of drawing out is made. SOLUTION: This floor heating panel is equipped with a panel body 10 where a plurality of pseudo grooves 12b extending laterally are made, a planar heating element 20 which is built in this panel body 10, a power cable 30a and an earth cable 30b which cross the panel body 10 in condition that it is wired to this planar heating element 20, connectors 40a and 40b which are connected severally to both ends of this power cable 30a and the earth cable 30b, a connector storage recess 14a which stores one connector 40a fixedly, and a connector storage recess 14b which stores the other connector 40b capably of drawing out of the panel body 10, and the connector storage recess 14b is made in such a position as to go wide a region of within 25 mm at the right and left of the reference position of 303 mm pitch from the longitudinal end of the panel body 10, besides being the position 10 mm or over apart from the pseudo groove 12b.
