SOLUTION: The fuel jet tube 11 which has the starting fuel jet 12a at the installation hole 15 opened on the lower face of the body of the carburetor 1 and the air jet tube 12 arranged in this fuel jet tube 11, and provided with the starting air jet 12a opposed to the starting fuel jet 12a by directing downward the exit side are installed in the vicinity of the central line A in the float chamber 4. Then the mixing chamber 17 provided between the fuel jet tube 11 and air jet tube 12 is lead to the starting fuel discharge nozzle 18 through the emulsion fuel passage 20.
