PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reflect a editing contents of a data of a certain type to a data of an other type correctly and quickly. SOLUTION: On displaying a note data MD on a display and editing it, an editing note data is created every editing operation, and editing number is put on. For example, on an editing note data ED3, an editing number Na (e.g. 3) of the note data MD is put as an editing number Nb3. The editing number Na is increased by one, and the note data MD is corrected according to the editing note data ED3. Comparing medium CM compares an editing number Nc (e.g. 1) of a playing data PD and the editing number Na (e.g. 4) from a correcting instruction, and counts its difference (e.g. 3). Reading out medium RD reads out the previous editing note data ED1-ED3 from a memory EM until equal times to the difference. Correcting medium CR corrects the playing data PD according to the read data ED1-ED3, and then makes the editing number Nc equal to the editing number Na (e.g. 4).
