<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving object search system which is appropriately arranged in a wide area and can judge which searcher or which searcher in the police, etc., a search request should be made to so that search can efficiently be performed or which police station a protection request should be made to and can make the requests in the case of receiving the position information on a person or an object to be searched and searching for the person or the object. SOLUTION: These moving object search system, moving object searching method and the moving object searching and protecting method making a moving object carry a portable terminal having a radio transmitting function or attach the portable terminal having a radio transmitting function to the moving object, receiving the position information of the portable terminal by the radio signal of the portable terminal and searching for the moving object on the basis of the received position information, is provided with a displaying means for plotting the position information of the moving object on map information and displaying the position information and an arrangement and jurisdiction information file means for storing the arrangement and jurisdiction of searchers or police stations and selects a searcher or a police station which searches for the moving object on the basis of the position information of the moving object and the arrangement and jurisdiction information.</p> |
