<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a settling device by which settling is performed easily in accordance with the temporary use of a life-line and a disconnection of the life-line against the intension of a user never occurs. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a watthour meter 2 with a digital pulse output and an electromagnetic breaker 3 connected between the receiving and feeding end 1 and the load input terminal 4 of power and a control part 5 connected to the meter 2 and the breaker 3. The part 5 has a CPU 6, a memory 7 and a timer function and is connected with a card reader/writer 9, a display 10 and a finishing button 12 for sending a command for stopping the supply of power from a power network. The card reader/writer 9 is constituted to be of a card insertion type and has a card locking mechanism 14. Then, an amount corresponding to an electric energy supplied from the power network is subtracted from a prepaid card inserted to the card reader/writer.</p> |
