<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency in business management by enabling appropriating processing, even without the statement of delivery required for appropriating processing, when commodities arrive from a supplier and speedily performing sales processing to a client or stock management. SOLUTION: The system is for performing appropriating processing of purchase data or sales data on the basis of a required entry, when a commodity ordered from the client, which is in stock at present or which is ordered to the supplier, after order receiving and arrives from the supplier, is delivered, and the system is provided with a main processing means 1 for performing appropriating processing by inputting fixed data, capable of appropriating processing in relation to the commodity in stock at present or inputting the fixed data in the statement of delivery, capable of performing appropriating processing in relation to the commodity arriving from the purchasing destination, a temporary processing means 2 for performing appropriating processing by inputting temporary data which are not based on the statement of delivery, and a rewriting processing means 3 for performing appropriating processing after rewriting the relevant appropriated temporary data, after appropriating processing of the temporary data due to the temporary processing means 2 to the fixed data on the statement of delivery related to the relevant article.</p> |
