<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a plurality of groups can not easily be mediated when one dealer can not meet with the purchase condition of a consumer but a plurality of dealers can jointly meet with the purchase condition. SOLUTION: In a reverse auction, one dealer registers a part of the purchase condition and the whole or a part of the rest purchase condition is registered by looking at the information and the purchase condition in order to solve the above problem. A group of dealers that meet with the whole of the purchase condition is easily and quickly mediated by continuing the above processing.</p> |
