PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate tuning of a vibration absorbing objective frequency by an agitating plate 6 in a liquid chamber A, and improve vibration absorbing performance. SOLUTION: The agitating plate 6 disposed in the first liquid chamber A is attached to the boss 2 side through an attaching height adjusting member 7. Therefore, a liquid-column resonance frequency of sealed liquid in a clearance A1 between the agitating plate 6 vibration-displacing integrally with the boss 2 and an inner surface of an elastic element 3 can be freely tuned according to the attaching height of the agitating plate 6 by the attaching height adjusting member 7. |
