PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loudspeaker unit capable of adjusting easily a reproducing characteristic of the unit, and also capable of canceling an adjusting and changing an adjusting to other one, that unit is designed and manufactured in average conditions. SOLUTION: An oscillating board 3 connected to a driving source composed of a voice coil arranged in a magnetic gap formed inside a loudspeaker body 2 of a mid-range and low-range speaker 1 is formed in a truncated shape. An edge 4 is connected to the open-end of the board 3, and a cap 5 is attached at the bottom of the board 3. An adding member 6 in a thin board shape is arranged at the surface of the board 3, that member 6 is added to the surface through a detachable added layer 6a. The member 6 is composed of dividing members having a sector form dividing a circle perimeter into 8 division parts.
