PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rotate a rotating filter to target position at minimum rotating angle in a rotating filter driving device which switches color temperature transforming filters inserted in an optical axis of image light captured by a television camera. SOLUTION: A rotating filter driving device is composed of a rotating filter, a motor which drives the rotating filter, a potentiometer which detects rotating position of the rotating filter. The rotating filter driving device controls driving of the motor to change detected rotating angle from maximum to minimum or from minimum to maximum.
