PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct an accurate measurement by interpolating discrete waveform data and to eliminate the necessity of changing hardware including circuit design by conducting the interpolation processes by software even though test items and measurement parameters are changed. SOLUTION: The processor is provided with an analog digital converting means 3 which converts analog signal waveforms read from a head 2 into digital signals, a signal processing means 4 which conducts interpolating processes on the converted digital discrete waveform data and a measuring means 5 which conducts measurement of the waveform data that are interpolation processed.
