PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system by which a leaner can learn language (especially, non-mother language such as English for Japanese) while recognizing actual voices, and to provide a method and a system by which the learner can learn the conversational ability by language. SOLUTION: This method for allowing the learner to learn language by using a computer comprises (1) a step where voices of words, phrases and illustrative sentences are outputted in the language in order of the word of the is language to be learn, the phrase using the word and the illustrative sentence using the phrase, (2) a step where voices of a question sentence using the phrase are outputted in the language just after voices of the illustrative sentence are outputted in the language and, (3) a step where a chance when the learner can utter an answer to the question sentence is provided to the learner, and (4) a step where a chance when the learner confirms whether the answer to the question sentence is a right answer or not is provided to the learner.
