PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump unit which can be miniaturized by integrating a rotor core even if a centrifugal impeller is used. SOLUTION: This pump unit is equipped with a cylindrical cabinet 30, in which a flow channel in which a fluid L is communicated, a stator core 32 which is installed at the circumference of a cylindrical cabinet 30 and arranged at the surrounding of the channel, and a centrifugal impeller 60 whose axial direction is the same as the fluid L flow direction and arranged in inner channel. A centrifugal impeller 60 is equipped with a supporting shaft 61 which is supported freely ratatably against the cylindrical cabinet 30, a blade 62 which excites the fluid L installed at the supporting shaft 61 to the outside of supporting shaft 61 radial direction, and a rotor core, which is installed at the tip of blade 62 and excites the fluid L in the axial direction of the supporting shaft 61, and integrated with the rotor core.
