<p>Image processing apparatus and method for processing image data transmitted by use of a communication system. Image data associated with user instruction data are concatenated and grouped. The features of the image data associated with the instruction data are determined. The grouped image data are deconcatenated in accordance with the features of the grouped image data. In this way, the target region of use's interest can be precisely specified. The time interval of the instruction data is calculated. If the calculated time interval is less than a predetermined threshold value, the image data are concatenated; otherwise, the image data are not concatenated. In this way, when the target image region of user's interest varies, such a variation is detected, thereby precisely specifying the target region of user's interest.</p> |
