A system for preheating diesel fuel before being introduced into chamber of internal combustion engine (5), particularly before the fuel passes fuel filter (2) (referred to in this case as "energized diesel filter"), that comprises two main parts, i.e., filtering element (2) and preheating element (3), wherein the heat needed to reach the burning point of the diesel fuel by the presence of preheating will be less in amount compared to the system without preheating. In addition, compression heat will remain constant so the combustion of the diesel fuel will be relatively perfect which in turn improves the diesel engine performance.
