<p>An aqueous metal surface treating agent, characterized in that it comprises 100 parts by weight of an aqueous solvent and a phosphate ion, a nitrate ion and a zinc ion in respective specific amounts relative to 100 parts by weight of the aqueous solvent, the aqueous solvent comprising a water-soluble solvent and water in a ratio such that the weight of the water exceeds that of the water-soluble solvent. The aqueous metal surface treating agent allows both a degreasing treatment and a zinc oxide coating forming treatment to be performed at the same time.</p> |
