The invention concerns novel aminothiolester compounds of general formula (I), the method for preparing them, and their use in pharmaceutical compositions for use in human or veterinary medicine (cancers and precancerous conditions, dermatological, rheumatic, and ophthalmologic disorders, in particular), or in cosmetic compositions. The invention also concerns a pharmaceutical or cosmetic composition, characterised in that it comprises as active agent, a compound of general formula (I), in combination with a pharmaceutically or cosmetically acceptable carrier.
