The composition according to the invention may be provided in the form of a soft solid, for example, in the form of a stick. A two-part adhesive system is also provided, comprising at least one anaerobic product and a composition comprising at least one carrier solvent, at least one primer component where the primer component is a cure promoting agent and at least one gelling or solidifying agent. A two-part adhesive system comprising a cyanoacrylate adhesive and a composition having at least one carrier solvent, at least one primer component and at least one gelling or solidifying agent is also provided. A pack is provided comprising a shaped mass of a composition which includes at least one carrier solvent, at least one primer component and at least one gelling or solidifying agent, and a container (1) for the composition which has a mechanism for expelling the shaped mass.
