The device has a coupler with a plastic support fixing an inner conductor in an outer one, a radiator element connected to the inner conductor and a plastic casing in which the outer conductor is anchored. An adapter circuit on a circuit board between the radiator element and inner conductor is connected to both, is embedded in the support and has an edge contact area not covered by the plastic of the support for contacting the outer conductor. The device has a coaxial coupler with inner (5) and outer conductors and a plastic support (11) fixing the inner conductor in the outer one, a radiator element (5) electrically connected to the inner conductor and a plastic casing for the radiator element in which the outer conductor is anchored. An antenna adapter circuit mounted on a circuit board (1) extending in the direction of the radiator element between the radiator element and the inner conductor is electrically connected to the inner conductor and radiator element. The board is embedded in the support and has an edge contact area not covered by the plastic of the support for contacting the outer conductor.
