Conventionally, intellectual properties excellent internationally may have been not a little neglected and forgotten industrially because proprietors thinking of making the most of the rights having international currency are confronted with heavy costs and cannot easily find adequate means therefor and people who want to obtain a right and collect information so as to making the most of excellent inventions may afford the costs and even can use organizations or organs but cannot easily collect information thereabout. A system (10), according to the invention, for mediating a right concerning an intellectual property in an internationally connected computer environment such as the Internet, comprises means (11) for allowing a proprietor (20) to register the providable content of a right that the proprietor owns in the system (10), means (12) for sorting the registered contents of the rights and storing them in a database of the system, and means (13) for introducing the sorted and stored providable contents of the rights to the people who want to obtain a right.
