<p>The method comprises cryptographic certification of data obtained by radioelectrical and/or inertial positioning systems regarding a route followed by a vehicle and the drivers thereof and regarding events pertaining to the activities of said vehicle and drivers. The method can be used in specific services enabling assessment of the appropriate behavior in line with their specific regulations. The device comprises a wireless interrogator whose operation is protected by means of cryptographic techniques for confidentiality, reinforced identification and safe storage in smart cards issued to the driver and/or contractor. The method also makes it possible to detect emergency situations by enabling authentified emission of his identification, position, time when the accident occurred and additionally comprises an emergency level enabling the dispatch of adequate rescue staff.</p> |
