The stick (1) consists of two parts (2,8) to be set at an angle and the angled part (8), as opposed to the grip (2), is fitted with a runner (5) in the form of a plate (5). The two parts (2,8) connect via a joint (9) which can be arrested at angle or straight in line. The preferred setting angle is 90 deg and the joint comes in bolt or ball form. The stick part (2) end furthest from the grip (3) should be reduced in diameter to accept a sleeve (7) to slide against spring (6) so the sleeve (7) covers the joint (9) when straight and is drawn back against the spring in the angled setting. The runner plate (5) or parts of this are rotatably mounted on the stick part (8) and the grip (3) has a pull-out fixer band (4).
