<p>Disclosed is a water-in-oil emulsified make-up composition comprising by weight: from about 25 % to about 40 % of a volatile silicone oil; from about 0.5 % to about 8 % of a non-volatile oil; from about 1 % to about 5 % of a solid wax; from about 1 % to about 5 % of a lipophilic surfactant having an HLB of less than about 8; from about 25 % to about 35 % of hydrophobically treated pigments; and water in an amount such that the total of the volatile silicone oil and water is at least about 50 %.</p> |
