The device has a rotation-symmetrical centrifugal chamber (1) with a nozzle (12) leading out at one end (11) of width less than 200 microns and several feed channels (2) opening tangentially into the chamber and connected to a liquid reservoir (4) via a high pressure pump (3) producing a supply pressure of at least 30 bars. The reservoir stores a fluid with viscosity between 20 and 80 mPas, preferably a binding agent for quartz sand. Independent claims are also included for the following: an arrangement for producing components with a spray device and the use of a device for producing a spray for component manufacture by rapid prototyping. |
