<p>The invention provides TNF-α production inhibitors useful as remedies for autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis. Novel compounds of the general formula [1] or salts thereof exhibit excellent TNF-a production inhibiting activities wherein A is -(NR4)-, -(CR5R6)-, or -O-; B is alkylene or alkenylene; R?1, R2, R4, R5, and R6¿ are each hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, adamantylalkyl, or the like; R3 is aryl or an unsaturated heterocyclic group; and X is oxygen or sulfur.</p> |
