The invention relates to a mincing machine, working on the cutting principle, comprising a feed funnel for the material to be minced, a feed screw, a working screw and a cutting set in series, whereby the feed screw is mounted beneath the feed funnel in a housing of the mincing machine, the working screw is rotationally fixed in a detachable manner to the feed screw, a pre-cutting device is arranged between the feed screw and the working screw, a split pressure housing, surrounding the working screw, is pivotably fixed to the housing and a block cutting set is detachably fixed to the output-side end section of the pressure housing. Said set comprises coaxially arranged, alternating rotating and stationary cutting elements, whereby said cutting elements are arranged on a cutting cylinder which is detachably and rotatably fixed to the working screw, the stationary cutting elements are braced with tensioning screws between an adapter plate to be fixed to the output end section of the pressure housing and a support element and an end section of the cutting cylinder is rotatably mounted in the support element.
