<p>An anti-inflammatory analgesic patch which contains 4-biphenylacetic acid, which is a sparingly soluble anti-inflammatory analgesic, and two or more drug resolvents and which is hence improved in the releasability of 4-biphenylacetic acid from the base and in the sustained release thereof and is reduced in skin irritation. The patch contains as essential ingredients 5 to 50 wt.% styrene/isoprene/styrene block copolymer, 0.05 to 20 wt.% N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, 0.1 to 20 wt.% polyethylene glycol, and 0.1 to 20 wt.% 4-biphenylacetic acid.</p> |
