Before or during ground penetration, the long-dimension insert body (1) is inserted into a folded sleeve (2) closed off at the bottom so that at target depth backfill is loaded into sleeve and steadily filled as the body (1) is withdrawn. Preferably this sleeve is held in folds ready in frames which stand on the ground or are fixed directly or indirectly to the insert body (1) in movable or immovable condition. The back fill can be compacted by running the body (1) up and down or simply by body vibrations in its longitudinal axis and/or normal to this axis, so the pattern of body movements resemble a downhole vibrator. The backfill reaches the sleeve via tubes or hoses to the body (10) outlet (7).
