<p>Lactoferrin binding polypeptides derived from Helicobacter pylori are disclosed. Said polypeptides comprise or consist of the polypeptide with SEQ. ID. No. 1, or a fragment thereof. Also nucleotide sequences encoding such polypeptides are disclosed, as well as use of such polypeptides in the treatment or prophylaxis of diseases caused by Helicobacter, and in the production of vaccines or pharmaceutical compositions for the prevention or treatment of diseases.</p> |
