The testing device includes a swivel unit (4) which enables the swivel adjustment of a wheel tread (3) about a swivel axis (33). The wheel tread has a wheel tread surface (6) where the wheel (5) of the wheel arrangement to be tested is placed. An Independent claim is also included for a driving dynamics test bed using the testing device.
