A gas-solid phase exothermic catalytic reactor with low temperature difference is principally comprised of a shell (P), a partition (H), cold-tube internals (Cb), a holder (S) and a porous plate (R). The reactor is divided into two sections-the upper and the lower gas chambers by the partition (H), and the lower reaction chamber is filled with catalyst layer (K). The end-holder (S) supports the cold-tube internals (Cb), and the end-porous plate holds the catalyst layer outside of the cold-tube internals. The gas-fed-in tube (a) of the cold-tube internals passes the partition (H) and is sealed with the removable stuffing box. The cold gas in the cold-tube internals exchanges heat with the reaction gas in the catalyst layer outside of the cold-tube internals in cocurrent. The reactor has such advantages as the low temperature difference cross the catalyst layer, the high catalyst activity, the simple and reliable structure, the good operating performance and the economical cost.
|
