<p>Some of mildews and fungi in the state of spores are highly tolerant to ultraviolet light and some are highly tolerant to heat. Thus, it is proposed to effectively sterilize both of UV-tolerant mildews and fungi and thermotolerant mildews and fungi by successively performing sterilization by UV light and sterilization by heating. Namely, mildews and fungi in the state of spores adhering to the subjects to be sterilized (containers, packaging materials, etc.) are injured by UV-irradiating the subjects followed by heat sterilization.</p> |
