<p>The present invention relates to a miniaturized method to analyse carbohydrates that are present in picomole amounts in a sample. More particularly, the present invention relates to the fluorescent or spectroscopic labelling of carbohydrates, the efficient separation of the labelling reagent from the labelled carbohydrates and subsequent electrophoretic separation for the analysis of the carbohydrates.</p> |
