A visceral fat meter easy to use in homes and able to provide visceral fat- related information, comprising an input means capable of inputting personal data representing personal physical features of an examinee, a processing un it capable of performing various operations, and display unit capable of displaying personal data and operation results, wherein, after inputting a waist size measured around the trunk portion of an examinee's body, quantitative information on the examinee's abdomen visceral fat can be determined based on this waist size.
