The glazing product such as a mineral or organic glass, incorporating at least one layer with thermochrome properties, based on vanadium oxide, has at least one other layer with thermal properties, especially reflective in the infrared range and/or a layer with optical properties, especially anti-reflective in the visible light range and/or at least one layer with electrically conducting properties.
