PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus wherein each of two kinds of seal bars 40 includes a plate blade 57, cutting can be performed irrespective of changeover of the two kinds of seal bars 40, and the apparatus operates by a power unit synchronizing a guide pipe 38 with a rod 60 so that lowering of the seal bar 40 and lowering of a rammer 62 can be activated with specified timing. SOLUTION: A cross-shaped rotary body 52 is rotatably supported via a pin shaft 53 on a pair of hanging pieces 51 fixed to an upper beam 25, and the two kinds of seal bars 40 are placed at the right angle, while the seal bars 40 at the right angle are selectively fixed in a hanging state by notch pins 55. Each of the seal bars is equipped with the plate blade 57, wherein the blade 57 is energized to hide normally inside the seal bar 40 by tension of a coil spring 59 to be engaged with a knock pin 58 which is coupled with the blade 57. Immediately after a stay 61 and the rammer 62 lower integrally with the guide pipe 38 and the upper beam 25 for interposing a plastic wrapping material between them and a seal base for heat-sealing, the stay 61 and the rammer 62 lower by downward motion of the rod 60 for sticking the plate blade 57 through the knock pin 58 for cutting the wrapping material. |
