PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise the safety on cosmetics and obviate the psychological anxiety of their users by using such raw materials, submaterials or ingredients for the cosmetics as their contents as to have undergone no gene recombination. SOLUTION: The cosmetics are obtained by using such organic materials or submaterials to be used as the raw materials or ingredients r∥therefor as to have undergone no gene recombination, and also supplementarily using inorganic matter.
