PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet head in which the reliability and productivity are enhanced while reducing the size and increasing the yield of parts by providing a nozzle, an ink chamber and an ink pool in one sheet of substrate. SOLUTION: A nozzle for ejecting ink is formed in a substrate along with an ink chamber communicating with the nozzle and filled with ink being applied with a pressure. The ink chamber is provided, through a barrier wall, with an ink pool for supplying ink thereto and the barrier wall is formed at a specified angle against the surface of the substrate. The ink pool is provided contiguously to the ink chamber through a thin barrier wall. The nozzles are arranged in matrix having rows and columns and the row of nozzles or the side of the ink pool is inclined by a predetermined angle against the printing direction.
