PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid magnetic treatment apparatus capable of being easily mounted to each of water pipings or water hoses having different outer diameters without using a special tool and capable of being also easily attached to piping having different outer shapes. SOLUTION: The liquid magnetic treatment apparatus is provided with elastomers 11 wound around the periphery of an article (water piping 16, a water hose, a liquid container, a bottle, etc.). The elastomers 11 themselves can be held to the periphery of the article. A plurality of magnet elements 13 comprising permanent magnets are provided to each of the elastomers 11.
