PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely collect waste threads which occur at washing by forcefully taking in the waste threads and preventing them from leaking to the outside even when a current of water is rotated in the normal and reverse directions. SOLUTION: By drawing the waste threads in a different-diameter duct if along the inside of an oscillating blade plate 2 by the blade plate 2 even if the current of water is rotated in the normal and reverse directions, the current of water is accelerated to blow the waste threads to a net bag 3. Eddies are generated to collect the waste threads by a net bag 3a with a flower pattern. A rope 3b is untied and the net bag 3 is soaked in water to remove the waste threads from inside the net bag 3.
