PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply-constructed devise which has enough room to bring in and take out a stool, for excretory and to clean and wipe after excretion. SOLUTION: Foot supporting parts 25 and 26, which is connected movably with a backrest part 21 and an space 22 through connecting parts 75 and 76 are mounted on the backrest part 21, which can move up and down as upholding a user's back. Cantilevering with a rotating axle 43 which reaches out from the base part 24 supports the backrest part 21. Raising the foot supporting parts 25 and 26 can be moved up with the backrest part 21 in the inclined- position. The whole parts of the backrest part 21 and the foot supporting parts 25 and 26 are raised and the user's hip is kept in the space 22.
