PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game panel for a pachinko game machine of a low cost, wherein a regulating mechanism to regulate the attaching posture of a guide rail to the game panel can be easily fitted on the game panel, and the shooting track of game balls can be surely regulated. SOLUTION: This game panel is constituted in such a manner that in the vicinity of a shooting passage being confronted with an internal guide rail, an external guide rail 43 is elastically supported to a game panel board 41 through the elastic supporting sections 45a and 45b of an elastically supporting member 45 which can be elastically deformed. At the same time, between the external guide rail 43 and the elastically supporting member 45, a plastically deforming member 46 for fixation is inserted. In this case, the plastically deforming member 46 for fixation can be plastically deformed and keeps the external guide rail 43 at a specified location under a state wherein the elastically supporting member 45 is elastically deformed.
