PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture-forming device with a higher energy-saving effect without a delay or fault in working even at a power-saving mode, by using a transformer for dropping voltage. SOLUTION: The device is constituted such that an internal circuit is divided into plural function blocks and the transformer T for dropping voltage is equipped with plural secondary winding wires TA, TB, which respectively supply a power to the internal circuit. A regular power supply block A regularly supplying a direct current power to the specific internal circuit and an energy- saving power supply block B having a power on-off means SW on each line and interrupting a supply of the direct current power at a power-saving mode are separately installed at the secondary winding wire side of the transformer T. |
