PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Ni alloy useful as structural members requiring corrosion resistance and wear resistance in the structural members (such as a cylinder, screw and nozzle) of kneading and molding machines for a resin composition. SOLUTION: This alloy has a composition containing one or two kinds of, by weight, 10 to 30% Mo and 10 t 30% W (of 10 to 30% in total in the case of the combination of the two kinds) and 20 to 50% Cr, and the balance Ni. In compliance with request, a composition containing each element of (a) one or more kinds selected from Cu, Ag and Au of, by weight, 3 to 10%, (b) 0.2 to 5% Si, (c) one or more kinds selected from the group IVB and VB and (d) <=10% Fe is given. The alloy is produced preferably as a sintered body by hot isostatic press molding. There is no need of forming the total thickness of the member by the Ni alloy, and there is a case of being formed on the surface of a base metal as a lining layer.
