PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and inexpensive dressing device by making the pulling-out device of tips serve also as a dresser. SOLUTION: The dressing device 10 has a dresser main body 20 on the tip part of which a tip grinding part 43 grinding an electrode tip and a tip pulling- out part 47 pulling out the electrode tip from a shank are arranged. The cutter 44 of the tip grinding part 43 and the turning basement of the tip pulling-out part 47 are driven respectively by connecting through a driving, transmitting mechanism constituted of plural gear groups to one servomotor 24. On the tip pulling-out part 47, a co-rotation regulating device 60 regulating the rotation of a claw piece with respect to the rotation of the turning basement, is arranged with an air cylinder 64. |
