PURPOSE:To obtain a curved honeycomb panel excellent in surface smoothness by attaching a ventilation material on one face of a communicated honeycomb core and a thin plate material on other face and using a vacuum panel having a predetermined curvature as an application plate. CONSTITUTION:By a manufacturing die C of a curved honeycomb panel 9 having a predetermined curvature, a ventilation material K2 is attached on one face of a vacuum honeycomb core K1 where each cell is communicated with each other and a thin plate material K3 is attached to other face, and a vacuum panel K having a predetermined curvature is molded with pressure. By using the vacuum panel K as an application plate, a prepreg is set between the die C having a predetermined curvature and the thin plate material K3 of the vacuum panel K, so that the inner face plate 6 and the outer face plate 7 are molded with pressure. As the prepreg, a base material with which plastics such as resin is combined is used. |
